13TH ANNUAL ART & ESSAY CONTEST

“The Impact of Social Media on Peace Building”

Contest Theme

We are seeking submissions exploring the The Impact of Social Media on Peace-building. We encourage students to think critically about the role of social media in promoting peace and understanding between individuals and communities, and explore the potential positive and negative effects of social media on peace-building efforts.

The theme of the contest invites students to reflect on the ways in which social media can be used to spread messages of peace and tolerance, as well as how it can sometimes perpetuate division and conflict and to explore how it can be leveraged to bring people together, break down barriers, and promote a more peaceful world.

We advise students to be creative and passionate in their essays and to share their own experiences and perspectives on this important topic.
